ORBIT / PRODUCT PROFILE
Discover and manage Mac apps with Homebrew, clean up files and organize your workflows in one place.

Orbit is a native Mac app that brings Homebrew package management, reviewed cleanup, reusable setups and local capture tools together. Choose the changes you want and review them before running an operation.
Discover apps, keep installed apps and favorites in one library, and review the packages you choose to install or update.
Inspect supported caches, logs and app-specific leftovers. Selected items move to Trash; cleanup does not empty Trash or guarantee removal of every leftover.
Import and export Brewfiles. Review Zsh and developer environment changes before applying them with backups.
Capture a display, window or area with optional audio, annotations and privacy covers. Trim and export a copy while keeping the original.
Capture and annotate locally, then copy or save a PNG. Use an opaque cover for sensitive details.
Manage standard Open at Login apps, review permissions and diagnose Homebrew setup without automatically running repairs.
Requires macOS 14 or later. Homebrew is needed for package operations. The README documents an Apple Silicon DMG; Intel distribution has not been validated. The beta is ad-hoc signed and not notarized, so macOS may request approval. Check current releases and installation notes on GitHub.
